We ship worldwide. Delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on your address, and orders above the free-shipping threshold shown in your bag ship at no charge.

Ready-to-wear pieces are dispatched within a few working days. Custom suits take longer, as each one is cut and finished by hand. We confirm the timeline with you before starting.

Once your order ships we send tracking so you can follow it to your door.

Ready-to-wear jackets may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the jacket is received and inspected. The customer pays return shipping unless the item is faulty. Custom suits are cut to your own specification and have no change-of-mind refunds.

Ready-to-wear returns must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached. We will always put right anything that is our error.

Send us a note from the contact page with your order details and we’ll email you return instructions. After the jacket is back with us and inspected, the refund follows the timeline above.

Before shipment, request cancellation from your account or the contact page. Cancellation is complete only after approval and refund confirmation. After shipment, use returns. Custom suit orders can be cancelled only before cutting starts.

If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us and we’ll make it right: a repair, replacement, or refund, whichever suits you best. Return shipping is on us when the item is faulty.
