When you place an order request or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number if you share it, and the shipping address for your order. We do not ask for anything we do not need to complete your request.

Because payments are processed by Razorpay or PayPal, we never see or store card numbers on this site.

Your details are used to confirm availability and pricing, arrange delivery, and reply to the message you sent. We may email you about your specific order and, only if you have opted in, the occasional note about new arrivals.

Your shopping bag and any applied discount code are saved in your browser’s local storage so the bag survives a refresh. This stays on your device and is not shared. Signed-in accounts also use a session cookie to keep you logged in.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services needed to run the shop — for example, a courier to deliver your order — and only what those services need to do their job.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold, and you can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time. If you have an account, you can update your details or delete the account from your profile.
