Before shipment, request cancellation from your account or the contact page. Cancellation is complete only after approval and refund confirmation. After shipment, use returns. Made-to-measure orders can be cancelled only before cutting starts.

Ready-to-wear jackets may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the jacket is received and inspected. The customer pays return shipping unless the item is faulty. Made-to-measure pieces have no change-of-mind refunds.
