Ready-to-wear jackets can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the jacket. You pay return shipping unless the item is faulty.
